Free Family Events this Weekend 4/3-4/4

Here is this weekend's free/cheap activities:

  • Build a free Butterfly House (shown above) at Home Depot this Satuday, 4/3. The hands-on session will be held at your local Home Depot store from 9am-noon. 
  • Stop by your local Lakeshore Learning Center on Saturday, 4/3 from 11am -3pm and make a Silly Bunny Puppet. 
  • Join Bass Pro Shops for a free Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday and Sunday (4/3 and 4/4) from 2-3pm. The egg hunt is for ages 8 and under. They will also be making Easter decorations beginning at noon and you can get a 4x6 photo with the Easter Bunny from 11am - 3pm.
  • Michaels Craft Store will have The Knack Free Family Easter Event on Saturday, 4/3, from 10am -1pm. Decorate a FREE pail for your Easter egg hunt and enjoy a FREE coloring activity page. While supplies last. 
  • If you are in IKEA, get one FREE small breakfast and a FREE small cup of coffee Friday 4/2 - Sunday 4/4. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, bacon, and potatoes. One free breakfast per customer. Not valid at IKEA Direct, IKEA Houston, or IKEA Hicksville. 
  • Borders is having a Kids' Spring-tacular on Saturday, 4/3 from 11am - 1pm. There will have storytime, spring crafts, springtime songs and games featuring the music of the Laurie Berkner Band, and a spring parade. For the parents, enjoy free samples of Seattle's Best Coffee. Call your local store before going to make sure that they are participating. 
  • It is the first weekend of the month, so that means that Bank of America Cardholders can get into more than 100 participating museums, zoos, science centers, botanical gardens are more! Go here to see if there are any participating in your area!
