Build-A-Bear: 20% Discount for Military Members Through 6/7

Through 6/7, Build-A-Bear stores nationwide are offering a 20% discount on any purchase for members of the military. Discount is available for members of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast Guard, and Reserve Office Training Corps. To get the discount, just present your military ID.

Right before my husband was deployed overseas, we went to Build-A-Bear and made a bear for my little boy.  For those who aren't familiar with Build-A-Bear, you can choose to have a Build-A-Sound box put inside your animal when you are making it. We had my husband record a message for my son so that while he was away, all my son had to do was squeeze the bear's hand and he could hear his Daddy's voice. If you have a child who is often separated from one of their parents (military, job, traveling, ect), this would be a great idea to allow them to hear their loved ones voice any time they are missing that special person.
