I Tried taking part in this deal and when I entered the Promo Code it said invalid. I even called customer service and they said I had to purchase $99 before free shipping. I told her that the code did not list exclusions nor requirements other than kids outerwear.
Maybe someone else will have better luck than I did.
That code should be good through 9/9 (today) and give you free shipping on any kids outerwear purchase. It is listed on several website as an accurate code. Did you enter it all in capital letters?
I did use all uppercase letters and even explained to the Customer Service Rep. I think because it says accessories in the title it doesn't register. Bummed that I couldn't get it, but like I said hopefully someone else will have better luck.
