Recalls: Graco Strollers, Alexander Cribs, Children's Flashlights, Munchkin Bath Toys + More

There are several recalls to tell you about. The first involves both the Graco Quattro and MetroLite strollers due to infant deaths by strangulation.The recall applies to Graco Quattro Tour strollers manufactured prior to Novemeber 2006 and MetroLite strollers made before July 2007. Here is a quick rundown of additional recalls:

  • "Alexander Designs" Drop-Side Cribs sold exclusively through JCPenney has been recalled for repair due to entrapment, suffocation, and fall hazards.
  • Dollar Tree recalls Children's Projector Flashlights due to fire and burn hazards. It includes Wolverine, Spirder Man, and Iron Man 2 flashlights.
  • Infant's Overalls have been recalled by Lollytogs due to chocking hazards. It involves Carhartt overalls with style numbers GG8500 and GG8501.
  • Bathtub toys are recalled by Munchkin due to risk of injury. This recall involves battery-operated bathtub submarine toys. 
  • Tike Tech recalls Jogging Strollers due to a strangulation hazard.
  • Valco Baby is also recalling Jogging Strollers due to strangulation hazards.
  • Molenaar LLC has recalled Night Lights due to fire and shock hazard.
