I ended up calling and placing my order and the 20% code was applied. I was having trouble using their website. I was adding the items to my shopping bag but other items were appearing instead.
what price did you get? When I first went it was $4.99 and I also had problem w/ the website. Now I go back and it shows $6.99
I got the castle for $6.99 not $4.99. It is still a great deal. Thanks for the deals.
I would call JCPenney, because I had 1 castle in my shopping bag at $4.99 but the 2nd one showed up as $14.99....and it kept adding the wrong items to my shopping bag. I would suggest calling them directly because also the 20% off code worked with the lady on the phone. Good Luck.
I ended up calling and got the 4.99 deal. Their website is super slow, so it is worth waiting on hold to order.

I noticed that they have two different ones on the site. The link in the post brings you to the $4.99 one. However, if you go to JCP's site and search for it, you will get the $6.99 one come up. They are having major site problems so glad you were able to get it by calling CS.
