BabyLegs announced this recall awhile ago, but the official announcement from the CPSC was released yesterday. BabyLegs has recalled baby socks and leg warmers which have a heart applique due to choking hazards. The leg warmers and socks have a heart applique that can detach, posing a choking hazard to small children. There has been one report of an infant choking on the applique.
