I have been trying to decide if I wanted to post this or not and decided I would....with a word of warning. Currently, you can get $15 off a $15 purchase at Totsy! Ok, now for the warning. Totsy has a reputation for having horrible customer service. I have not been posting Totsy deals because of this. When customers have had problems with their order, they have been unable to contact them via phone and email, which sends up huge red flags for me. What is worse, when the customers would head to Facebook to complain, their complaints would be deleted. I would not want to do business with a company that handles their customers in this manner and I would not want you, my readers, to have to experience their horrible business practices either. However, seeing that this is FREE money (and ultimately, your decision), I decided I would post this deal and let you use the credit if you wish.

I thought I was the only one who had trouble with Totsy! I couldn't agree more about the terrible customer service I received. It's a shame, really. They have adorable items and wonderful discounted prices but I'll never purchase from them again. Zulily and MiniSocial are my 'go to' flash sale sites now.

I just tried to do this deal and I think they changed the promo code because it wouldn't work for me... Also, at the top of the screen they now have this message "Last minute message: our last promotional campaign that was intended for a select audience of our long-time members was unintentionally exposed to the general public.
This promotion has now been restored and will only work for members who received an email directly from Totsy containing a promocode."
