Recall: Children's Fork and Spoon Sets

Children's Fork and Spoon Sets have been recalled by Peachtree Playthings. The middle two prongs of the plastic fork can detach, posing a choking hazard to children. These were sold at Dollar Tree Stores and Deals during January 2010.
