JcPenney: Road Rug with 25 Cars for $8.99

This is a great deal for any little boy! JCPenney has this Down Town Play Mat with 25 cars for only $8.99 (was originally $29.99)!  I noticed that the reviews weren't fantastic, but it was only one person who has left a review and they did not elaborate on their reasoning. My advice if you want it, go ahead and buy it and you can always return it if you don't like it after inspection.

Update: For those of you worried about the review, Jenna over at Bucktown Bargains just commented on SbNR's Facebook page that she has this same set and loves it!
