If you have never heard of this set, I highly recommend it! This is a great activity the whole family can enjoy during the holiday season. The cleverly rhymed book explains that Santa knows who is naughty and/or nice because he sends a scout elf (included in the set) to every home. During the holiday season, the elf watches children by day and reports to Santa each night. When the children awake, the elf has returned from the North Pole and can be found hiding in a different location. The kids really get into the hide-and-seek game and can't wait to find where the elf is "hidden" in the home the next morning.
